Total Pest Defence is a pest control business operating in Greater Manchester and the North West. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 we are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us on 07925 742530.
If you complete the enquiry form on this website we collect the name, phone number, email address (if you give one) and the description of the problem that you enter. We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a visit. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has deliberately asked us to get in touch — and, where the work goes ahead, performance of a contract.
Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend, a transactional email provider acting as our processor. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose network processes the request in order to serve the page. Neither is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the fonts load, which may involve a transfer outside the UK. We use it only to render the page.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the job and to honour any guarantee on the work, and for our own tax and accounting records where the job goes ahead. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted once they’re plainly no longer live.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Ring us on 07925 742530 and we’ll deal with it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. There is no analytics script and no advertising pixel on the site.
